Finally, the channel selection was disappointing, with limited options for entertainment in the room.

Family with children will find what they need

The buffet breakfast was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. My dad really enjoyed the full breakfast each morning. Also, I requested a handicap room so my mom could easily shower before her surgery, and all our needs were met.

We had a fantastic group vacation! We visited the WVU Football Stadium and Ruby Memorial Hospital and enjoyed the spacious King Studio with Sofa Bed. The breakfast was a hit with plenty of options, and the hotel's central location made it easy to explore. Highly recommend for future stays!

One downside was the cleanliness of the bathroom. there was a line of black mildew around the bathtub that was disappointing.

So, I just had the weirdest stay. The room looked fine at first, but when you pulled back the covers, yikes! The mattress was beyond gross, like serious crime scene vibes. The couch and carpet were just as bad. Still, can’t ignore how dirty everything was.

I stayed in a King Studio Sofa Bed for two nights. Check-in felt chaotic. the front desk was overwhelmed, and I waited quite a while. My room was fairly clean, but the sofa bed was uncomfortable. It had a big dip in the middle. The breakfast options weren’t great either—prepackaged items and not very fresh. One staff member at breakfast was friendly, which helped a little. The AC unit in my room wasn’t working properly. it made loud noises but didn't cool much. The location was excellent, right across from the hospital, which I appreciated. Overall, I enjoyed the proximity to services and the room size but found the sofa and breakfast quality disappointing.
